Shipping policy

At Once Upon a Bouquet, every piece is handcrafted using your original flowers. Because floral preservation is a custom art process, shipping timelines differ from those of traditional retail products.

Reserving Your Order

We recommend reserving your bouquet preservation before your wedding or special event to ensure availability.

If your event has already taken place, don't worry. We may still be able to preserve your bouquet if it is still fresh and in good condition. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

If your original bouquet is no longer available, we also offer bouquet recreations using fresh flowers inspired by your wedding bouquet. Recreation pieces follow the same handcrafted preservation process and typically require 6–9 months to complete.

Sending Your Bouquet

After your celebration, carefully package your bouquet and either:

• Ship it to our studio within 3 days of your event, or
• Schedule a local drop-off by appointment.

Prompt delivery helps preserve your flowers in the best possible condition.

Preservation Timeline

Each artwork is individually hand-pressed, naturally dried, and carefully arranged. Because this process cannot be rushed, most orders are completed within 6–9 months.

Final Delivery

Once your artwork is complete and approved, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided during checkout. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Local studio pickup is also available by appointment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery option and destination.
